Colour is matched against your Pantone or physical reference and approved in writing before bulk dyeing.
In-Line Inspection
Checks at cutting, assembly and finishing, so a fault is caught in tens of pieces rather than thousands.
Measurement Audit
The graded spec sheet is verified across the size run against agreed tolerances.
Seam & Stretch Testing
Stress-point and recovery checks on performance garments before they are cleared.
Final Random Inspection
An AQL-based final check on packed goods, with a report issued before dispatch.
Colour Consistency
The problem nobody warns you about.
A re-order that arrives half a shade off is worse than a late one — it cannot be sold alongside the original stock. We treat colour as a documented, signed-off record rather than a judgement made under factory lighting.

Certifications
What we will not claim.
Plenty of manufacturer websites display certification logos they are not entitled to. We would rather tell you plainly where we stand.
Current position
Yousaf Core was established in 2026. We do not currently display third-party certification marks on this website, and we will not until we hold them and can produce the certificate on request. If your buyer, retailer or tender requires a specific certification or audit standard, tell us which one at the inquiry stage and we will give you a straight answer about whether we can meet it.

Manufacturing faults happen everywhere. What separates suppliers is what follows. Send photographs and the affected quantity, and we will tell you what we found, what caused it and what we are doing about it — in writing.
