We manufacture complete team kits across football, basketball, cricket, rugby, volleyball and baseball. Sublimation is handled on our own artwork files, which keeps crest colours, sponsor placement and player numbering consistent from first sample to final carton — including mid-season re-orders.
Worth knowing
We hold your artwork and approved colour file on record, so a re-order in month nine matches the kit issued in month one.

Football / Soccer Kits
Jersey, shorts and socks; home, away and thirdFull-sublimation football kits in home, away and third colourways, built from your crest and sponsor artwork. Because the print goes into the fibre rather than onto the surface, numbers and sponsor blocks will not crack or peel through a season of washing — which is the single most common complaint about screen-printed kit.

- Set-in or raglan sleeve, self or rib collar, side mesh ventilation panels

Basketball Uniforms
Reversible or single-sided, mesh or interlockReversible and single-sided basketball uniforms cut with a proper deep armhole and a dropped side split so the jersey moves with the shot. Reversibles are built with two independent face fabrics bonded at the binding, not a single fabric printed on both sides.

Rugby Jerseys
Reinforced shoulder and collar constructionRugby jerseys take more abuse than any other team garment, so the build is different: reinforced shoulder seams, a bar-tacked collar and a heavier base fabric. We use a tighter body fit to reduce what an opposing player can grab, unless your club specifies otherwise.

Baseball & Softball
Full-button or pullover jersey, belted pantsFull-button and pullover jerseys with belted or elastic-waist pants. The button placket is the detail that dates a kit — we build a clean self-fabric placket with matched buttons rather than a bulky applied band.

Send us four things and we can quote properly: the product, the quantity, your fabric or performance preference, and your deadline.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source and lab-dip to your colour reference, then send physical swatches for approval before any bulk fabric is committed.
Pattern & Sampling
First pattern, fit sample, and as many revisions as the fit needs — typically 10 to 15 days to a sample in your hands. Nothing moves to bulk until you sign off a sealed sample.
