Production Process
Six stages, each with a sign-off.
You approve before we advance. That is the whole discipline.

Brief & Tech Pack
Share a sketch, a sample garment or a full tech pack. We translate it into a production-ready spec sheet with measurements, fabric call-outs, trim list and print placement.

Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source and lab-dip to your colour reference, then send physical swatches for approval before any bulk fabric is committed.

Pattern & Sampling
First pattern, fit sample, and as many revisions as the fit needs — typically 10 to 15 days to a sample in your hands. Nothing moves to bulk until you sign off a sealed sample.

Bulk Production
Cutting, stitching, printing and finishing run against the sealed sample, with in-line checks at cut, assembly and finishing. Typically 30 to 45 days from your sealed-sample approval.

Quality Inspection
Measurement audit, seam-strength and colour-fastness checks, and a final random inspection before packing.

Packing & Dispatch
Poly-bagged, barcoded and carton-labelled to your requirement, then handed to your nominated freight forwarder or ours.
What We Need From You
A good brief makes a good quote.
You do not need a finished tech pack to start a conversation — but the more of the following you can give us, the faster and more accurate the quote.
- Product — the garment, and a reference image or sample if you have one
- Quantity — total units and the size run you expect
- Fabric — a swatch, a GSM, or simply the performance you need
- Colours — Pantone references, or a physical sample to match
- Branding — logo files, label artwork, print placements
- Deadline — the date the goods need to be with you
