Uniform programmes need colour consistency across years, not seasons. We hold lab-dip records and approved shade cards per account, so a re-order in year three matches the original issue — and we build to the durability requirements of industrial laundering.
Worth knowing
If your programme runs for years, ask us to archive your shade card at the first order. It costs nothing and saves the argument later.

Medical Scrubs
V-neck, mock-wrap and jogger-style trouserScrubs are judged on pocket layout and how the fabric behaves after industrial laundering. We build with reinforced pocket bar-tacks and a fabric spec that holds colour through repeated hot washes.

Industrial Coveralls
Single and two-piece boiler suitsSingle and two-piece coveralls with triple-stitched main seams and a gusseted action back, so the garment survives repeated climbing and kneeling. Pocket and closure layout is specified to the job, not to a catalogue.

Combine as many as the design needs. Decoration is specified on the tech pack and proofed on the sample before bulk.

Send us four things and we can quote properly: the product, the quantity, your fabric or performance preference, and your deadline.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source and lab-dip to your colour reference, then send physical swatches for approval before any bulk fabric is committed.
Pattern & Sampling
First pattern, fit sample, and as many revisions as the fit needs — typically 10 to 15 days to a sample in your hands. Nothing moves to bulk until you sign off a sealed sample.
