Combat apparel fails at the seams first. Our fight wear uses reinforced stress-point construction, bar-tacked panel joins and high-abrasion fabrics selected per discipline. Rash guards are cut for compression through the shoulder, and fight shorts carry split-side or four-way-stretch gussets for a full guard position.
Every fight short we build is stress-tested at the gusset and the hook-and-loop closure before the style is cleared for bulk.

Rash guards are cut for compression through the shoulder and chest so the fabric does not bunch under a grip. Seams are flatlocked and taped where they cross a high-abrasion zone, and the sublimated print covers the full panel with no cracking point.
Pearl weave jacket with a ripstop or cotton drill trouser, built to the weight your academy specifies. The collar is the part that gets pulled hardest — ours is a multi-layer construction with a rubber or EVA core and chain-stitched reinforcement, not a rolled-fabric shortcut.
Competition singlets in full print, cut high or low at the leg to the rule set you compete under. Four-way stretch with a high recovery rate so the garment holds shape through a tournament rather than a single bout.
Grappling spats sit under shorts and take constant mat abrasion, so the knee panel is doubled and the waistband is wide enough to stay flat under a belt. Print runs the full leg with no seam break in the graphic.
Traditional wide-leg Muay Thai shorts with deep side slits and the characteristic high-rise waistband. Cut properly, these allow a full high kick without the hem catching — which is the whole point of the silhouette.
Compression tops for training and weight management, cut close through the torso with flatlock seams that will not chafe under a gi or a rash guard. Available sleeveless through to full sleeve in the same block.
These are our usual starting points. If you have a performance target — GSM, stretch recovery, wicking, opacity — give us that instead and we will source to it.
Combine as many as the design needs. Decoration is specified on the tech pack and proofed on the sample before bulk.
Send us four things and we can quote properly: the product, the quantity, your fabric or performance preference, and your deadline.

We source and lab-dip to your colour reference, then send physical swatches for approval before any bulk fabric is committed.
First pattern, fit sample, and as many revisions as the fit needs — typically 10 to 15 days to a sample in your hands. Nothing moves to bulk until you sign off a sealed sample.
