Every block is graded across a full size run and pattern-tested before bulk release, so your customers get the same fit in every drop.

Squat-proof opacity and stretch recovery are the two things buyers complain about most in this category. We test both on the actual bulk fabric — not the swatch — before cutting.

High-Waist Leggings
Squat-proof, 4-way stretch, flatlock or bonded seamsThe anchor product of almost every activewear range, and the one buyers judge a factory on. We cut high-rise leggings on a contoured waistband block with a gusseted crotch, so the seam sits flat and the garment does not ride down through a squat. Opacity is tested on the actual bulk fabric under stretch, not on the swatch.

Seamless Sports Bras
Low, medium and high impact; removable cupsBuilt in three impact levels so a range covers yoga through to running without a fit compromise. Seamless knitting removes the side seam entirely, which is what buyers are paying for; bonded and cut-and-sew versions are available where a specific shaping or support requirement rules seamless out.

Training Shorts
2-in-1 liner, split-hem and zip-pocket optionsTraining shorts live or die on the liner. We build 2-in-1 versions with a bonded compression liner that will not twist, and unlined versions with a proper mesh gusset for airflow. Split-hem and straight-hem blocks are both graded and on file.

Joggers & Track Pants
Tapered, cuffed or open-hem with zip pocketsTapered joggers have become the default lower body for both training and lifestyle ranges. We grade the taper through the size run rather than scaling it linearly, which is the difference between a clean line on a 2XL and a garment that looks like a scaled-up small.

Cycling & Bike Shorts
Wide waistband, side pockets, anti-slip hemA wide bonded waistband is what separates a bike short that stays put from one that rolls. We build these with a high-rise bonded or encased waistband, an anti-slip silicone hem where requested, and side pockets sized for a phone without distorting the leg.

Unitards & Bodysuits
Scoop, square and cross-back necklinesOne-piece construction leaves nowhere to hide a pattern fault, so these are drafted from a dedicated block rather than joining a bra and a legging. Neckline, back opening and leg height are all specified independently, which is what lets a single style carry several looks.

Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source and lab-dip to your colour reference, then send physical swatches for approval before any bulk fabric is committed.
Pattern & Sampling
First pattern, fit sample, and as many revisions as the fit needs — typically 10 to 15 days to a sample in your hands. Nothing moves to bulk until you sign off a sealed sample.
